At Toretto Coffee, every order is roasted with care and packed fresh to ensure the highest quality experience.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference. However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law are fully respected.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Where a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or store credit, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
To help us resolve any issue promptly, please include your order number and clear photos where relevant.

Do you accept returns on coffee?
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, incorrect grind selection, or flavour preference. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What if my coffee is damaged or faulty?
If your coffee arrives damaged, faulty, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as required under Australian Consumer Law.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If we’ve made an error with your order, let us know within 7 days and we’ll correct it promptly at no cost to you.
What counts as “acceptable quality”?
Under Australian Consumer Law, products must be:

Do you refund for taste preference?
Taste is subjective, and we’re unable to offer refunds based on flavour preference, roast style, or grind selection. We’re always happy to help guide your next choice.
How do I report an issue?

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
